Returns Policy

Thanks for shopping at www.theknotkneedle.com. We do our best to take care of our customers— our philosophy is to deal with you fairly and reasonably; we hope you will be fair and reasonable with us as well.

We pride ourselves in the production of quality fishing gear, and want our customers to be 100% satisfied with every purchase they make from Master Blaster Angling Inc.. That’s why we are happy to offer a full refund 90-day return policy on all items that are used/unused, and come back via delivery or mail.  Items that are returned beyond 90 days will be eligible for exchange, which will be issued in the form of like product.  We do not allow refunds for items that are lost or stolen.  

This policy applies to all products we sell.

 

Shipping

The Client will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
